	What are the qualifications for your radiologists?
	Aris radiologists are certified by the American Board of Radiology, fellowship trained and experienced in multiple subspecialties.
	What is the level of communication between your radiologists and our facility, referring physicians, etc.? Our radiologists are available for consultation during their coverage hours. All positive findings are communicated through methods as requested by your referring physicians.
	How are priors and comparison studies handled? Aris requests relevant prior exams and reports are sent with the current study. If prior images are not available digitally, prior reports should be digitized and sent to Aris using a document scanner.
	How do you receive images and distribute reports? Aris establishes a secure connection to your facility. Images are sent from your modalities to a gateway computer, submitted to a quality control process, and transmitted to our facility. Our radiologists will dictate a report that is available through the optimal report delivery method as determined by your facility. Aris will work with your facility to implement the optimal report delivery method. Our teleradiology system meets or exceeds ACR and HIPAA standards.
	What is your pricing structure? Aris will work with your facility to develop the most cost effective plan while ensuring the highest level of quality service
	Do I need a PACS system at my facility? No, Aris provides a web-based RIS/PACS solution to connect to our radiologists for interpretation services.
	What are your support services? We provide 24x7 technical and application support services.
	What is expected turn-around-time? Typical turnaround time is 30 minutes or less. However, report-turn-around times are flexible based on the needs of our clients.
