Carl J. Kozlowski serves as the company’s President having
joined ARIS in August 2007. Mr. Kozlowski’s healthcare background
spans 25 years; prior to joining ARIS, from 2004 – 2006, he served
as Regional Vice President at Alliance Imaging, the nation’s largest provider of medical imaging services.

From 1994 – 2004, Mr. Kozlowski served as President of King’s
Medical Group, a nationally recognized company that provides
turnkey radiology solutions to hospitals and also owns and
operates free-standing, multi-modality medical imaging centers.
From 1987 through 1994, he served as Vice President –
Operations at Health Images, Inc., a publicly held national imaging
center company. Mr. Kozlowski holds a Masters Degree
in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
