Dr. Mody graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Michigan with a major in Cellular and Molecular Biology. He received a Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his residency in radiology and a fellowship in interventional radiology at Henry Ford Hospital. He joined Akron Radiology and has become a Partner and served on its Board. He was elected to the Board of ARIS and was appointed Medical Director in August 2007.

On June 17, 2011 Dr. Mody was promoted to Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology College of Medicine by Northeast Ohio Medical University (formerly known as Northeastern Ohio Universities of Medicine and Pharmacy).
