	As your teleradiology provider, Aris is committed to timely accurate reports. To meet this commitment we have established an industry-leading Quality Assurance program. Because in healthcare, quality always matters. We have invested time, energy and financial resources to ensure that your patients receive the very best care, every time. Our QA program, managed by Dr. Malay Mody includes three major components; people, processes and technology.
	People: Aris has invested in the very best U.S. based, fellowship trained radiologists in the country. Just as it is with many medical specialties, there can be a significant difference in the level of experience and expertise of radiologists. The foundation of our success is physician accountability. This accountability translates into spending the necessary time on each exam, and also generating reports that are accurate, clear and concise.
	Processes: Without the appropriate infrastructure and defined workflow, you can not have quality. Aris has developed a stringent peer review program that far exceeds ACR standards. We have also created a protocol for our radiologists to communicate with referring physicians. Our staff monitors the physician worklist 24/7, which eliminates the risk of a delay or miscommunication. Our program also improves quality through workload management. Aris limits radiologist shifts with no minimum read requirements. Our scheduling protocol includes a primary, secondary, and even a third level of physician back up for each hour to prepare for unforeseen circumstances. Most teleradiology companies build in longer shifts and require minimum reads which can create an environment that compromises quality.
	Technology: Aris uses exclusive image management technology that allows our clients and radiologists to store and manage their clinical data on a web based system. It is not just a PACS product; it is a complete system that allows for image distribution, reporting, and archiving on a robust, secure and redundant system. Our clients can transmit data immediately from one location to another. All that is needed is an internet connection. Aris also has two completely redundant systems with data centers in separate facilities to ensure that our system is operational 24/7.
